we will then arrange to come to your home at a time to suit you and collect your
clock or barometer for estimate. Within 3 working days we will contact you with a
full condition report on your clock. We will offer our recommendations and

required work. Once accepted this costing will not change and we have no hidden
charges.

Q. What is included in a service or overhaul?
A. We disassemble the movement clean the components ultrasonically, then the
individual pieces are inspected for wear and damage, any work required is
carried out if a spring driven movement new springs are fitted then the
movement is reassembled, lubricated where necessary tested and regulated then
your clock is ready to be returned.
Q. Should I oil my clock or barometer?
A. No only a skilled professional should carry out work on a
clock oiling a dirty movement causes wear on pinions and bushes,
only certain parts of a clock movement requires lubrication getting
this wrong will just increase future repair bills.
Q. I have damaged my clock case but the clock still works
ok can you help?
